Growth isn’t about perfection—it’s about showing up, step by step.
Curiosity has always been my compass. It’s what led me to earn two master’s degrees, pursue multiple certifications, and now dive into learning Spanish as I settle into life in Uruguay. For me, growth isn’t about chasing perfection, despite what my astrological sign might suggest. It’s about discovering new ways to live, work, and connect with others.
One of my favorite experiences lately was going to my first women’s fútbol match here. I didn’t catch every chant or follow every conversation, but I soaked in the energy, practiced my Spanish, and enjoyed being part of something bigger. That moment reminded me of something important: learning doesn’t only happen in classrooms or through structured programs. It happens in real life, step by step, surrounded by people who cheer you on.
That lesson spills into my work, too. Each new skill, insight, or perspective adds up over time. And the more I learn, whether it’s through study or experience, the more I have to offer back to my clients, my friends, and myself.
Growth isn’t a finish line. It’s a practice, built moment by moment, both on and off the pitch.
