🧩 From Masking to Meaning
For most of my career, I looked like I had it all together—meeting deadlines, solving problems, adapting fast. But under the surface was constant exhaustion. The rigid structure of traditional work—commutes, noise, small talk—felt suffocating. I couldn’t focus with interruptions, and social events left me drained. What looked like breakdowns were actually autism burnouts—I just didn’t know it then.
🔎 After Decades of Searching, Real Answers—Far From Home
I spent years in therapy trying to “fix” what I thought were personal flaws. No one saw the full picture—until I moved to Uruguay. There, a provider finally said: This is high-functioning autism. For the first time, I felt seen—not as a checklist, but as a whole person. That moment gave me context, self-compassion, and the freedom to create a life that fit.
🌍 Why I Moved—and What I Found
Leaving the U.S. was about more than location—it was about peace. I needed slower rhythms, less noise, and a life that honored how I function. Uruguay gave me calm, holistic care, and space to understand my neurodivergence as valuable, not broken. I finally felt free to care for myself in ways that worked for me—not against me.

From that clarity came Getting Ish Done Now—a business built around how I work best, and how I help others do the same. I support solo and small business owners by bringing order to chaos, structure to scattered systems, and relief to the daily overwhelm.
This isn’t about hustle. It’s about ease, clarity, and working from your strengths—whether you’re neurodivergent or just burned out.
